We at BuiltWell Homes are a boutique home builder based in the Tri-Cities, WA, area. Our company’s story began in 2019 when our co-founders, Tina and Bruce, were hired separately to design and remodel a commercial property. After completing a successful project, Tina and Bruce were inspired by their combined talents and synergy, prompting them to form a new company that specializes in speculative home construction.

 

Along with Caitlin, Builtwell Homes was established, and its inaugural project transitioned from a speculative build to a custom home. This project confirmed Builtwell Homes' ability to adapt and meet its clients' needs, showcasing that it was destined for success.
